Worked great for finding staff!

I needed to hire quickly and decided to use ZipRecruiter. The candidate matching was really good, I got several qualified applicants within a few days. It really helped speed up my hiring process, which was a huge relief for my small business. I will absolutely use them again for future hiring needs!

Good for trial, then expensive

I used the 4-day free trial to post a job and it worked to get some candidates. I saved money by only using it for the trial. After that, the pricing was a bit steep for my small business, but the initial value was there.

Pretty easy to use

I tried out their job posting service on a whim for a new hire. It was pretty straightforward to set up, didn't take too long. Got some resumes in pretty fast, which was nice. Not sure if it's better than other sites I've used, but it did the job. Overall, a decent experience without much fuss.

Hey guys, wondering if anyone knows if ZipRecruiter ever does discounts for nonprofits? Trying to hire but budget's super tight.

G Gwen T. 4 months ago
I've looked into this before and I don't think they typically offer specific nonprofit discounts. Your best bet is probably to snag one of their free trial offers for new employers, then decide if it's worth the cost.

Yeah, what the other person said. They push the free trials pretty hard for new accounts. Maybe try that first, you usually get a few days to see if it even helps before you pay anything.
